HOW TO USE

Start with the Muscle Shower Body Gel during your shower to cool and refresh the body. Use the Muscle Shower Body Scrub 2–3x weekly to exfoliate and recharge skin. Post-shower, apply the Moisturiser to dry skin — especially on sore muscles.
