Race week is about keeping things the same. Same food, same sleep, same warm-up. The sessions get shorter and lighter. One part of the week doesn't have to change at all: the shower after.

FAQ
Should I use the scrub the day before the race?
Use it on the days you already would. It's the exfoliating step, 2-3 times a week. If race week isn't the time to try anything new on your skin, keep to the gel and moisturiser and save the scrub for the week after.
Can I take it in my race-day bag?
Yes. The gel and moisturiser are 250ml and the scrub is 200ml. The tubes are over 100ml, so pack them in checked luggage if you're flying.
What does the menthol feel like on race day?
A cool feel on the skin once it's on. If you haven't used it before, try it in a normal training week first, not race week. If your skin is sensitive, try a small area first.
